Snow in California
January 19th, 2008We decided to drive an hour towards Lake Tahoe and play in the snow today!
This is a great picture of Clark chillin’ (literally) in the snow. He did not like to stand up on the snow…we had to carry him everywhere, so eventually we just sat him down in the snow. We did buy him some snow boots a few months ago but now they’re too small!
Blake loved the snow immediately! He started picking up snowballs and throwing them at everybody! This is him in action. His hat was constantly covering his eyes :)

Clark is chillin’ on the sled this time, so his bum won’t be so cold, while Blake is playing on his little snow mountain.
Blake could have played on this mountain all day and been content (luckily the mention of hot chocolate with marshmallows cheered him up when we finally left the snow)
The snow was so hard that we couldn’t make a real snowman - we just found a few chunks of the snow and made this Mini Snowman with Clark’s mittens (he wouldn’t keep them on, so at least they were of use for the snowman)
